Warranty and Returns

You have the right to return the purchased product(s) within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date, provided that the packaging is unopened, and the product is unused, in the same condition as received. Before returning the product within the specified period, you must email a picture of the product invoice and a written return request to [email protected]. In case you request a return, the shipping cost will be borne by you. Since our company, CLINICALL A.Ş., has an agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee will be more affordable if you make the return using our Customer ID number 660 590 968. If you use a different courier, please inform us of the courier company used and send the shipping document to [email protected].

If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier representative. If there is any damage to your package, do not accept the product. Please note that once the product is accepted by you, the courier company will be considered to have completed the delivery in full.

If any signs of opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage, or other conditions compromising the product's integrity are detected, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the return will not be accepted.
